Biography
Elianita de Paula is the CEO of Positive Pathways Therapy, a multidisciplinary clinic offering ABA, speech, and occupational therapy. She leads a team dedicated to individualized, evidence-based support, helping clients reach their full potential.
As a Behavior Analyst, Assistive Technology Specialist, and SLPA, Elianita integrates a holistic, collaborative approach, ensuring interventions respect each client’s unique needs. Her clinic emphasizes natural environment teaching, play-based therapy, and neurodiversity-affirming practices, fostering growth in a supportive setting.
A PhD student in Psychology, Elianita researches interdisciplinary collaboration in therapy, advocating for strong professional partnerships to enhance client outcomes. At Positive Pathways Therapy, she and her team provide compassionate, high-quality services, empowering individuals to thrive.

Jetnor Sinani
Jetnor Sinani is a multi-lingual therapist and part time Realtor, who speaks fluent Spanish, Albanian and Greek. I am an occupational therapist assistant, COTA. I work as therapist helping kids improving with ADL’s and educate parents to better understand their kid’s condition and treatment. I strive to stay up-to-date with new therapeutic modalities and to motivate other professionals of different disciplines to do the same. My focus is to work with a team that is driven to excellence, integrity, professionalism and strong work ethics.
